then what, how can someone (mr trademark owner) sit and wait and see if it takes off, instead of spending the $300 or so, then claim it as it does take off from someone who has registered it, claiming it was there all along. if this was the case,and they were always the true owner, then no one but mr trademark owner should have been able to register domain name, meaning, those names should have read when searched (unavailable to nontrademark holder), i only say this because i&#039;m new to all this, learning about dot.coms only 8wks ago and i&#039;ve bought some big company dot.tels, so i guess one has to sit and wait for the phone call, either to give or sell.
