Sean has been with us since December, and we could not be happier to have him on board. We sat down with Sean and asked him a few questions about himself and why he chose Webnames.ca.
Tell us a little bit about yourself:
“I have broad IT experience, previously working for two other technology companies within the last 10 years, bringing a wealth of knowledge in this department. I graduated from University of British Columbia with an Associates Degree in Business Administration and a Diploma in Computer Science.”
What do you do when you’re not at Webnames.ca?
“I really enjoy reading and working out during my spare time. On the weekends, I volunteer at the Children’s Hospital. ”
Why did you choose Webnames.ca?
“It’s an amazing environment to work in. I feel like I was hired for a reason. The last company I worked for, I felt like I was just a number, at Webnames.ca, there is great communication throughout, and each member is an integral part of the company! ”
How does Webnames.ca compare to the competition?
“It definitely has to do with our customer service. We have great communication with our customers and give best possible answer. Talking to a live customer support member, we will respond to our customers through the telephone in under a minute. If a customer doesn’t understand something, we will thoroughly explain it. We will resolve any problems if you have any.”
