Webnames.ca Director John Demco was recently featured in the Canadian version of Coscto Connection, Costco’s monthly magazine. Featured in “Members Connection,” the short article speaks to the founding of the .CA domain and Demco’s foresight in preserving a unique online identity for all Canadians.
“Nobody predicted the World Wide Web; it’s hard to know if anyone could have predicted the commercialization of it,” said Demco who has been widely recognized as one of the founder’s of the Canadian Internet, “Back then it was a novel thing, now it has weaved its way into the fabric of society”.
