  • DNSSEC is scheduled to be launched for Germany’s .de domain on May 31.
  • Neustar, the registry operator for the .us domain, is considering opening up the .us space to Internationalized Domain Names (IDNs). It is soliciting feedback from the community.
  • An Australian court has placed Australian Style Pty Ltd in liquidation. The company’s .au registrar accreditation was terminated in 2010 by auDA, the .au domain registry.
  • The auDA Foundation is accepting grant applications until March 18 for its 2011 funding round.
  • Nominet, the .uk registry, has published more details of the .uk policy process and is calling for contributions to current policy proposals, one of which concerns dealing with domain names used in connection with criminal activity.
  • VeriSign has been selected to be the registry operator for the .gov domain.
  • Jan-Pro Canada Inc. wins a dispute over janpro.ca.
